Water and water rights are such a hot topic and I felt like this image conveyed the idea of trying to control water and the environment. A wheel sits as a silent sentry waiting patiently for its next turn. The rocks enjoy the soothing stream of water for the time being and allow its essence to wash over them. The clouds in the sky witness the entire scene as silent shadows neither involved or separate from it all.
