I have been reading �The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment� by Eckhart Tolle. This is a really great book and it opened my eyes to just how much I have not been living my own life. I am alive but not necessarily living. My artwork today is expressing my pure joy at finding another option for consciousness. I think that I enjoy creating art so much because it keeps me grounded in the Now. I focus so completely on what I am doing and feeling that my mind has nowhere else to go. I am in such a state of peace and contentment that I really just revel in it. The colors that come through and the positive energy that is expressed heals me as I experience it. The red in this piece is focused on vitality and life and the yellow expresses light and home and the moment. My shapes and lines are a story well worth reading. Find yourself in here and then let go and enjoy what it brings you. Namaste :-)
